In the April 2003 the exhibiton was opened by Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Czech republic, Mr. Cyril Svoboda, in the Czech center in Bukharest, Romania. He officialy annonced his benefit and interest in Project by Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Czech republic.
